These terms of service govern your use of the AquaVoyage app ("Application") created by OwnerGame Studio ("Service Provider") as a Free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. It is advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms before usage. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, its parts, or trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain with the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring the Application's efficiency and may modify it or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated. The Application processes personal data provided by you, and it's your responsibility to maintain phone security. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone is strongly discouraged as it may compromise security and the Application's functionality.

Please note that the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for certain aspects. Some features of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application doesn't function fully due to lack of Wi-Fi access or if you exceed your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile network provider's terms apply. You may incur charges for data usage or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for these charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you're not the bill payer, it's assumed you have obtained permission.
Same, the Service Provider cannot always take responsibility for your usage of the Application. It's your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you can't access the service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Regarding the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the Application, while efforts are made to ensure it's updated and accurate, reliance on third-party information is necessary. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from this reliance.
The Service Provider may update the Application. You're required to download updates to continue using it. Updates may not always be compatible with your device's operating system, but you agree to accept them. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device unless otherwise informed.
The Service Provider may update these Terms of Service periodically. It's advised to check this page regularly for any changes. You'll be notified of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
